Summary

Read & Sign now has counter signatures to allow for the signing of critical documents. The new counter signature feature allows for an additional layer of approval, ensuring that your most important agreements are doubly secure and fully authorised.

We have also introduced emergency alerts for real time SMS notifications, leader group reports for better management of teams and template categories for easier navigation.

Counter Signatures

Our new counter signatures feature allows for an additional layer of approval, ensuring that every document is doubly secure and fully authorised. Easily manage high-stakes agreements, legal documents and compliance sensitive forms.

  • Agreement Security: Two signatures means extra validation for critical documents.

  • Simple Workflows: Straight forward workflow for both signers.

  • Compliance Ready: Meet industry regulations with additional verification steps.

  • Sequential Signing: The first signature triggers the next in line.

To use counter signatures, create a signed notice and select ‘requires counter signatory’, this will allow you to add an additional recipient as the counter signee.

After uploading a document, there is an option in the top right of the screen which allows you to switch between signer 1 and signer 2, adding fields for each of recipient to complete.

Emergency Alerts

Our new emergency alerts feature gives you access to real-time SMS alerts for your entire team, ensuring everyone is informed in a pinch.

Emergency alerts ensure that everyone receives important information instantly, no matter where they are or if they have internet connection. Emergency alerts helps keep people safe when it matters most.

  • Immediate reach: Instantly send SMS alerts to your entire team.

  • Reliable communication: Ensure messages are delivered even if they don’t have internet.

  • Customisable: Send alerts to select departments or individuals.

To use emergency alerts, click the drop down icon next to the create icon as though you were sending a new document, and instead select ‘create alert notice’.

Customise your message and add recipients, you can either add entire groups or individuals, and then hit send. Messages will be instantly delivered to those with mobile numbers saved on their user profiles.

Group Leader Reports

Our new group leader reports feature is designed to help leaders stay on top of important document acknowledgements within their teams.

The automated email report provides a highlight of which employees have outstanding documents to review and acknowledge.

  • Accountability: Ensure timely document visibility by involving key leaders.

  • Reduce admin: Group leader reports are automatically emailed.

Template Categories

Our new template categories feature helps you organise templates by assigning categories when creating notices. This makes it easier to find and manage templates quickly.

Other updates and fixes

Profile Review Wizard

With this update we are bringing in a wizard that will run on a selected time intervals that will require your users to review and update or confirm their details in their profile.  

Guided Tour Changes

We are making it easier for your users to enable/disable the guided tour by bringing the toggle to the surface outside of the menu.

White Screen Fix

We have fixed a bug where in some instances you would get a blank white screen until you refresh your browser.

Organisational Export

We have fixed a bug that prevented users to export the organisational notice report.

Template Saving

Fixed a bug where under certain circumstances your template would not save.
