What Vineyard Wind required for their Site Induction
Simply put Vineyard Wind needed a reliable site induction system for over 700 users across 150 contractor companies. Providing the ability to create, upload and manage up-to-date training requirements and inductions for contractors, visitors and any other staff.
With the ability for admin users to easily manage and monitor all site inductions, seeing pass and fail rates by companies and individual users. And a company management area that stores all of the contractor companies information.
While users can login and access all of their latest training requirements online. With automated reminders sent out to any users that have training tasks that are due to be completed.
All whilst being white labelled to their company, ensuring trusted brand recognition and ease of use for all of their users.
Bespoke features to suit their workflow
One of the main reasons why Vineyard Wind chose Keyzo IT Solutions is due to our capability to develop unique features that support their needs as an offshore wind farm.
We developed a bespoke site induction upload solution, that allows them to carry out their contractor training offshore, and then import the results into the system when they are back. Once the feature was developed Vineyard Wind went from less than 50 offshore inductions one month, to 9000 the next month!
This has created huge time savings by allowing offshore contractors to complete site inductions at the correct stage that best suits the workflow of the organisation.
