You can access all of our user guides and support resources directly through the Help section in your Read & Sign dashboard.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Upgrading your plan is easy! Simply log into your Keyzo Portal account, navigate to the Subscription & Plans section, and choose the Upgrade option on the plan you’d like to switch to.

How do I purchase SMS credits?

To purchase SMS credits, go to your Keyzo Portal account, navigate to Subscription & Plans, and from the drop down select Add-ons. From here you will be able to buy SMS credits in bundles of 100.

How do I add more users?

Adding users is simple. Head to your Keyzo Portal account, navigate to Subscription & Plans and add more users to your current plan. You will be able to assign these users to people directly from your Read & Sign account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Read & Sign subscription at any time. Just go to your Keyzo Portal account, navigate to Subscription and Plans and on the drop down select Cancel Subscription, follow the steps. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

How can I manage my billing?

You can manage your billing information by going to the Account & Billing section of your Keyzo Portal account. There, you can update your payment details, view past invoices, and edit your account details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For businesses, we also support invoice payments upon request.
